Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will work with the Wealth Manager to provide comprehensive solutions for HNW customers with diverse needs. This role focuses on delivering investment insights, supporting client and distributor confidence, and ensuring the provision of accurate materials and advisory services. The role also involves advising on estate planning, intergenerational wealth distribution, overseas tax matters, as well as education and relocation information.
Job Description:
- Serve as a subject matter resource for Wealth Managers and customers areas of Wealth protection, transfer and accumulation, Wealth/Estate preservation and retirement, endowment and business continuity planning
 - Understanding the specific insurance and risk management needs of HNW customers to offer tailored solutions.
 - Collaborate with Wealth Managers to engage customers to understand their wealth, lifestyle and legacy planning needs.
 - Assist Wealth Managers with investment knowledge, tools, and training.
 - Deliver joint client presentations, seminar and workshops with financial advisors to promote comprehensive protection and planning solutions.
 - To generate new insurance businesses by partnering Wealth Managers; for referrals from existing HNW customers.
 - Provide feedback to product team to enhance insurance offerings for HNW segment.
 - To deliver assigned targets in a client-centric and needs-based focused environment
 - To actively participate in the team sales planning to generate action plans to exceed assigned targets
 - To comply with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance procedures in accordance to MAS, LIA and Company guidelines
 - To ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Company and external regulatory authorities.
 
Who are we looking for:
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
 - At least 8-10 years insurance sales experience in Insurance or Banking industry, of which the last 3-5 years must be at HNW level
 - Proven sales record in HNW insurance products
 - Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and investment solutions.
 - Proven track record in HNW client sales, private client advisory or insurance consulting.
 - Strong desire to achieve and have a disciplined approach to sales.
 - Excellent collaboration skills, with prior experience working alongside financial advisors.
 - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to simplify complex topics.
 - Proficient in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials.
 - Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
