This job entails processing of Accounts Payable invoices. This includes: preparing invoices for payment and ensuring proper documentations are attached with appropriate authorization on each invoice. There is also an emphasis on clarification/problem solving, in which the specialist clarifies with/questions invoice contacts regarding details pertaining to the invoice and invoice payment. Communication with invoice contacts is done via the telephone and through e-mails. Working cross functionally with the business on items requiring research or reconciliation.

Liaison: Will be determined based off title which may or may not have contact with higher level organizational associates concerning projects, operations decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Based on position, associate may or may not attend briefings/technical meetings for internal or external representatives
