Position Summary
Accounts payable Associate responsible for processing invoices, expense reports, maintaining company credit cards, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed.Role and Responsibilities
Process invoices including matching to PO's and shipping paperwork as needed for specific vendors that are assigned (vendors names starting with T-Z).
Process and clear all US Customs invoices.
Review, verify and approve invoices in an invoice portal specific to Samsung.
Vendor set up and verification.
Contact vendors for invoice issues/reconciling vendor statements.
Special projects as assigned such as audit analysis, research, and vendor confirmations.
Skills and Qualifications
High school graduate required.
Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable Experience.
Exhibit teamwork and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Data entry experience.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & SAP.
Ability to multi task and function in large corporate setting.
