Position Summary

Accounts payable Associate responsible for processing invoices, expense reports, maintaining company credit cards, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Process invoices including matching to PO's and shipping paperwork as needed for specific vendors that are assigned (vendors names starting with T-Z).    

  • Process and clear all US Customs invoices. 

  • Review, verify and approve invoices in an invoice portal specific to Samsung.

  • Vendor set up and verification.

  • Contact vendors for invoice issues/reconciling vendor statements.

  • Special projects as assigned such as audit analysis, research, and vendor confirmations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school graduate required.

  • Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable Experience.

  • Exhibit teamwork and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Data entry experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & SAP.

  • Ability to multi task and function in large corporate setting.
