$70,000.00/Yr. - $80,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Analyst to support the Accounting team in driving process improvements, reporting enhancements, and system initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background who enjoys working cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and/or lead projects aimed at enhancing accounting processes through automation and system improvements
  • Assist with system implementations and enhancements, including immediate support for a new billing system rollout
  • Perform detailed user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and produce clear, actionable documentation
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to support operational consistency and compliance
  • Refine and develop reporting tools and dashboards to support Accounting and Finance decision-making
  • Assist in implementing enhancements to the control environment and supporting compliance initiatives
  • Develop and perform user training as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance function
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Financials
  • Proficiency in developing reports leveraging tools such as Oracle OTBI, Smartview, and SSRS
  • Familiarity with Close Management and Reconciliation solutions (e.g., FloQast)
  • Strong technical skills including SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Experience writing business requirements and process/design documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Oracle BI, and SSRS)
  • Alteryx experience preferred
