The Account Operations Specialist supports Boku’s Account Management team in ensuring the smooth running of commercial and operational processes. Working closely with Senior Key Account Directors and Account Directors, the role focuses on coordination, communication, and operational excellence to help deliver best-in-class service to Boku’s merchants. This is an entry-level opportunity for a motivated, proactive self-starter to build a career in account management and operations within a dynamic, global payments business.
