Phiture

Account Manager m/f/d (remote)

Remote in the UK Full Time

Hi, we’re Phiture — the mobile growth consultancy working with the teams behind leading apps like Adobe, Headspace, and LEGO® 👋. We’re setting the standard for growth in the brave new digital world, and we need great people to join our global team!

WHAT TO EXPECT

We’re looking for two Account Managers to join Phiture’s Revenue team, owning delivery and commercial excellence across a portfolio of client accounts. This role combines delivery leadership, relationship management, and commercial stewardship to drive predictable growth and retention.

Account Managers ensure operational excellence and strong client satisfaction. Senior Account Managers extend this scope — taking on more autonomy in renewals and upsells, managing higher-value relationships, and supporting Tier 1 pursuits when delegated.

Please note that the role involves working with some of our US-based clients, therefore, you can expect regular, late afternoon meetings. In return, we offer an opportunity to work 100% remotely and a lot of flexibility in organising the rest of your day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses, goals, and marketing strategies to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Partner with a Growth Lead and Account Director to execute account plans and deliver measurable results across your pod.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery: plan workflows, run stand-ups, manage timelines (with the Project Manager), QA deliverables, and maintain tight communication loops.
  • Act as commercial steward for your accounts — maintain SOWs, track budgets, manage invoicing inputs, and ensure clean, predictable revenue hygiene.
  • Proactively identify, pitch, and secure incremental growth opportunities (upsells and cross-sells) within existing accounts.
  • Lead pitches and RFPs end-to-end, supported by an Account Director; contribute to Tier 1 pursuits when delegated.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and early delivery wins post-pitch, embedding strong client routines and delivery rituals.
  • Prepare accurate reports, trackers, forecasts, and QBR materials with clear narratives connecting performance to strategy.
  • Flag risks early, propose solutions, and ensure consistent communication across client and internal teams.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • 4+ years of experience in client management, ideally within a marketing, growth, or digital agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships while balancing delivery and commercial goals.
  • Experience owning budgets, scopes, and financial tracking.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign performance, and account planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to turn complex performance data into actionable insight.
  • A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented operator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence in leading discussions with senior client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
