THE ROLE 

As an Account Manager, you'll be driving sales growth, support and expand mid-size partner accounts within Finland. You'll be the go-to person for sales activities, and responsible for developing sales across various business segments within a portfolio of accounts. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new business and managing active partners, promoting Axis solutions with enthusiasm and expertise. You'll be out in the field, building relationships with current and potential partners through a variety of activities such as partner meetings, site surveys, seminars, trainings, webinars, and events. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on sales growth and build long-lasting relationships with partners. 

 

This position is based from the home office in Finland, Helsinki. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Identify and manage strategic partners, ensure their sales teams are trained to a high standard and develop clear business plans for selected accounts, and make revenue grow. 

  • Spend the majority of your time in the field (around 70%), engaging directly with partners and customers. 

  • Plan and conduct trainings, live demos (for example using our trailer), and visit our Axis Experience Center in Lund, together with partners. 

  • Coach and train partners on new tools, new solutions, and ways of working 

  • Act as a trusted advisor in the communication towards an end customer 

  • Follow Axis Sales Methodology standards in all business meetings to insure ROI 

  • Be an ambassador for Axis company culture 

 

YOUR FUTURE TEAM 

You will be reporting to Victoria Rosell, Territory Sales Manager Danmark, Norway and Finland. As of today, Victora has a team of open, driven, and strong salespeople in different roles across the Nordics. You will work with the whole sales organization in the Nordics, including Key Account Managers, Inside Sales Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Technical Trainers. In addition to sales, you will also work closely with our distribution and marketing teams, always ensuring that partners in our region are getting the right attention and are properly covered. 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

Axis is looking for a self-driven and energetic team player with the ability to develop and maintain important relationships with our partners in the sales channel. The right candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in external negotiations and customer contact. 

We believe that success in this position is linked to a proven track record of sales and relationship building within B2B sales. We’re looking for someone who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. This individual excels in building relationships from scratch, penetrating new markets with our solutions. 

 

Apart from this, we’d love to see that you have/are: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales within the IT or Technology -segment 

  • 3+ Years experience with B2B sales model  

  • MS Office user 

  • Fluent in Finnish and English, written and spoken 

  • A communicator with high interpersonal skills 

  • A proactive individual who possesses the ability to prioritize and create efficiency 

  • Willing to travel to our partners across Finland 

  • Driver’s license and can commute to Helsinki.

  • Experience in Salesforce
