What You Will Do
As a Beagle Account Manager, you will manage relationships with property management companies, from single-family operators to institutional multifamily portfolios, ensuring every client thrives with our insurance programs. Your role combines relationship management, problem-solving, and business growth. You will own your book of business end-to-end, driving renewals, retention, and upsells.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own assigned accounts from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and directors
- Track integration progress, resolve blockers, and ensure seamless launches
- Conduct regular check-ins and ensure high satisfaction across all accounts
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities within your portfolio
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams
- Maintain precise CRM hygiene with next steps, owners, and timelines
- Report on portfolio performance, retention metrics, and expansion progress
What We Are Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales (preferably SaaS, proptech, or insurance)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-through
- Competitive, ambitious, and eager to grow into senior roles quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-person environment (6 days per week)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to learn and lead
Compensation and Career Path
- Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (depending on experience)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$150,000 at 100% quota attainment
- Variable: 40–45% of compensation tied to retention, upsell, and expansion metrics
- Accelerators: Begin at 120%+ quota attainment with uncapped earnings
- Growth: Clear path to Senior Account Manager, Strategic Accounts, or leadership roles based on performance
Note: This role does not include equity. Compensation is structured for high cash upside, uncapped commissions, and rapid advancement.
