Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Account Manager to join our Commercial and National Account team at Guardian. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our customers, building strong, long-term relationships with key business executives and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will champion the customer’s success—proactively understanding their business goals, ensuring they receive maximum value from Guardian’s solutions, and coordinating internally so their needs are clearly understood and consistently met. This position will be an integral partner in resolving issues, preventing future problems, and driving a positive, outcome-based customer experience. Ultimately, this role will help us build meaningful, long-lasting relationships that strengthen retention, deepen engagement, and move our business forward.
