The Direct Retail Account Management Executive has a crucial as he / she is the primary point of contact between the existing customer and Ayvens. He/She provides customer support, planning and implementation expertise for the account. He/She will also have the opportunity to further develop the relationship with our clients, focus in proactive sales process that invests time into understanding the overall picture of an account and leverage the information to build influence and sales over time
Responsibilities:
Client oriented approach - actively listen to the customers and provide them with the best possible offer/solution that suits their needs.
Proactive contact with customers in order to renew our cooperation
Focus on the result and ensure to maximize the sales renewal rate.
Exhibit high level of ownership and close monitor all the required steps to manage the overall relationship.
Act as a customers’ advocate within the organization by working to build consensus and effectively handle complaints to keep them satisfied.
Use judgement to identify, trouble-shoot and resolve day to day tasks. Get involved whenever it is needed, even in non-selling activities.
Work with speed and agility to learn everything about our clients so that we will be able to serve them better
Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the Fleet Management and Automotive Industry
Keen to influence and to contribute to technical development and overall improvement of our processes in own or other related business areas and of our services.
Implementation of Ayvens loyalty plan and annual plan of visits
Required Knowledge & Qualifications:
Hard Skills:
University Degree (preferably in Economics, Business or Finance).
Professional experience with a minimum of three (3) years in an equivalent level, preferably in B2B services.
Very Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Adequate knowledge of Automotive industry.
Very good command of the English language.
Soft Skills:
Customer Service Mentality.
Effective on rapport building.
Challenger with strong negotiation skills.
Analyze conflicting situations and take action.
Ability to present effectively.
Ability to use common sense in problem solving.
Ability to work under pressure and take decisions quickly.
