This is a high-impact role, accountable for expanding TELUS Health’s market presence and revenue across all product lines — from Employee Assistance and Total Mental Health to Virtual Care and Wellbeing solutions.
You will act as the executive lead for these partnerships, developing and executing a clear growth strategy that connects TELUS Health’s capabilities.
Success in this role will come from your ability to influence at the executive level, build multi-stakeholder alignment, and create new pathways for growth. You’ll lead joint business planning, steer strategic initiatives, and ensure our partnerships deliver measurable results — including increased adoption, deeper product penetration, and sustained revenue expansion. By strengthening TELUS Health’s position as the preferred wellbeing partner for Canada’s Brokers and Advisors, you’ll directly contribute to our purpose of improving the health of every life we touch.
