As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth with large Canadian organizations. You’ll engage senior HR, benefits, and procurement leaders to understand their strategic goals and position TELUS Health’s integrated solutions as a critical part of their employee well-being strategy. This is a quota-carrying role focused on building long-term relationships, expanding market share, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business opportunities within the enterprise and large segments, identifying and converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with TELUS Health’s national growth priorities and sales methodology.
- Engage directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers in HR, benefits, and procurement to uncover needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate TELUS Health’s full suite of Employee Assistance, Well-being, and Virtual Care offerings, clearly articulating value and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless proposal delivery and client experience.
- Leverage broker and consultant relationships to increase market visibility and drive channel-influenced growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and effective use of CRM tools.
- Stay current on market trends and competitive offerings to position TELUS Health as a trusted, innovative partner in workplace well-being.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally within employee well-being, EAP, healthcare, or benefits-related industries.
- Proven success selling to HR, benefits, or C-suite stakeholders at large or complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian enterprise market and established relationships with key industry players and brokers.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence executive-level decision-makers.
- Experience working within a structured sales methodology and CRM system to manage opportunities and forecast accurately.
- A passion for helping organizations improve employee health, productivity, and engagement through innovative well-being solutions.
