Sales Execution & Opportunity Management

  • Deliver persuasive, insight-driven presentations and proposals that clearly articulate Broadridge’s value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in alignment with company objectives and risk considerations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Pre-Sales Admin. Legal, Finance and Sales Operations) to ensure deals are properly structured and positioned to win.

Market Insights & Product Expertise

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge across Broadridge’s Issuer capabilities, including shareholder communications, financial print & SEC filings, transfer agency, and sustainability services.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategy.
  • Provide client and market feedback to Product and Marketing teams to influence roadmap and positioning.

Collaboration & Team Alignment

  • Work closely with the Vice President, Account Executive Team, and cross-functional leaders to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handoff for newly acquired clients and support a strong client experience.
  • Model professional excellence and collaboration consistent with Broadridge’s values and performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of complex B2B sales experience, ideally selling technology-enabled services to publicly traded companies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding multimillion-dollar annual sales quotas focused on new client acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, corporate governance, SEC filing processes, and/or shareholder communication requirements.
  • Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers in matrixed/shared services organizations.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and disciplined in managing pipeline, forecasting, and account planning.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for prospect meetings, industry events, and conferences.
