We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.

  • Monitoring campaigns daily to look for performance fluctuations and trends.
  • Developing client-facing performance write-ups for the Account Manager’s review.
  • Crafting clear and compelling internal and external communications.
  • Understanding different bidding methodologies (smart bidding vs manual) and the strategy behind the bid adjustments as well as owning the implementation from standard bids to other modifiers as needed.
  • Understanding key concepts around audience strategy (remarketing, audience targeting/layering, persona development).
  • Working collaboratively and cross-functionally across internal channels to manage project deliverables and ensure client satisfaction

You’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 6 months’ paid search experience (Amazon Search ideal, Google Ads or Facebook Ads acceptable) and be comfortable with topics such as budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology
  • Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills and be proficient in Excel; you already know vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns, and love working with numbers
