737 Network Systems & Avionics Integration Engineering Manager

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), 737 Systems is seeking a Network Systems & Avionics Integration Manager to join the team located in Renton, WA.

Position Overview:

In addition to managing direct employees, this is a cross-functional role that requires integration with managers and engineers in the design center.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers responsible for 737 Onboard Network System & Onboard Maintenance Function design, development, verification, and certification.

• Partner closely with suppliers to establish project plans and manage team execution

• Collaborate respectfully with the Network Systems & Avionics Design Centers to ensure PtP Status, Risks, and Issues are appropriately managed and elevated to the program

Work Authorization:

The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at Renton, WA with a travel requirement of approximately 10% to both domestic and international sites.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering position

• 1+ year of experience providing technical leadership for an engineering team

• Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.

Summary Pay Range:

$151,300 - $204,700
