You will:

  • Analyze data, insights and trends along the customer journey 
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience 
  • Lead strategy and operations projects to solve problems, build capabilities, and enable scale  
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other teams

 

You have:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Program management expertise
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally manage stakeholders

 

We prefer:

  • Experience in consulting 
  • Experience within an operations or strategy org at a tech company 
  • Experience with global contact centers

The expected hourly rate for this full-time position is listed below. Interns are also eligible to participate in the Company’s generous benefits programs, subject to eligibility requirements.
