We will be hosting our Financial Restructuring Insight Day on January 15, 2026, to give students a unique insight into our Financial Restructuring Group, workplace culture, and recruitment processes. Select participants will be invited to an in-person networking experience in New York City where they will meet our team and may have the opportunity to participate in an accelerated interview process for our 2027 Summer Analyst Program on January 16, 2026. You'll see first-hand what working in our office is like and why Houlihan Lokey is a great place to start your career.
Note that our Insight Day will include bankers from our Chicago and New York offices. Please make sure to indicate your top location of interest in your application.

Program Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
Coursework in accounting and finance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Available to attend the in-person event Thursday, January 15 & Friday, January 16, 2026
