Location/Hours: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office

SEO Scholars is a free, eight-year, academic program that transforms public high school students in New York City, San Francisco, North Carolina, and Miami into college graduates. SEO Scholars successfully educates and mentors students to and through college. 100% of Scholars are accepted into four-year colleges, 85% of Scholars graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, and 80% are first-generation college graduates. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Enrichment Program Assistant (EP Assistant) is a part-time role responsible for supporting enrichment programming operations and student management. This includes creating application calendars for up to 50 programs, designing training materials for scholars and caregivers, reviewing essays, tracking application components, and managing post-application processes such as verifying forms, assisting with visa applications, and coordinating transportation. The EP Assistant also leads application groups, schedules one-on-one support sessions for scholars, and ensures application timelines are met. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Enrichment Programs.
