Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Join BILL as a Supervisor Bank Implementation and play a pivotal role in leading the technical onboarding and integration of banking solutions for new clients. In this client-facing leadership position, you will oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring seamless onboarding, troubleshooting integration issues, and driving continuous process improvement. You’ll leverage your expertise in bank implementation, project management, and stakeholder communication to deliver successful outcomes and support BILL’s rapid growth. Ideal candidates bring at least two years of relevant experience, strong technical acumen, and a passion for building collaborative relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage bank implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on banking integrations, troubleshooting sync errors and optimizing workflows.
  • Develop and execute clear project plans with minimal guidance, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to team initiatives and knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and buy-in across teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4+ years related experience (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated expertise in bank implementation, technical project management, and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt style to audience and build positive relationships.
  • Proactive, accountable, and growth-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) and a passion for fintech innovation.

The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range
$112,500$135,000 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range
$95,700$114,800 USD
